MFI HR has been designed to be your one-stop-shop for People Solutions. Through all the other Sections, we have (hopefully!) been meticulous and thorough in covering all key areas where you could leverage support and resources in Managing your Organization and People effectively.
This Section is your space to raise very specific People-related queries / problems / issues that you are confronting which you believe are not covered through the rest of MFI HR.
Underpinning this Section is a multi-domain team of Experts, with backgrounds in MFIs, Senior HR roles, Counseling, Legal Rights and Women’s Issues.
In addition, every week, we will pick up certain issues raised to the Expert Panel that we feel are of relevance to a larger group / audience. We will share our solutions / recommendations on these issues on an ongoing basis in this Section.
