Tips on Navigating this Section
- Clarification on terminology –
- Surveys – These are questionnaires that are to be distributed to a group of people, their responses collected and collated and group level analyses done on the results. They require a coordinator to facilitate all of the above activities.
- Audits – These are questionnaires to be used by an internal audit team / a person / group appointed to conduct a particular audit. The questionnaire serves as a guideline in order to gather data / information which is later analyzed.
- Dipsticks – These are informal, mini-questionnaires which can be used as a quick measure. These can be administered by Managers and locally analyzed by them.
- Each tool in this section is accompanied by detailed instructions on how to administer it, resources / tools required for administration and guidelines on data analyses in case being undertaken internally. These tools are provided in easily downloadable format which can then be photocopied and used.
- We are also happy to provide you with a soft copy, editable version of these tools, on request. We would however strongly recommend that you edit / modify minimally as these tools have been created by an expert team, embedded in research and drawing on other validated instruments.
