Module Overview: Given the large volumes that are hired in MFI organizations, especially at the entry levels (loan officer or field staff level), rarely does one get more than 10 to 15 mins per candidate to make a decision. In these circumstances, it would be important to maximize this time and find the right fit for your organization.

This module provides you with tools and techniques of Competency Based Selection that can be used to enable effective hiring of candidates.

Module Duration: 1 hour
