Learning Packs to Right-Skill your Organization

In this section, you will find learning packs and resources aimed at 5 key levels / roles in the organization – Loan Officers, Branch Managers, Area Managers, Regional Managers and Senior Management.

For each role, there are learning packs that address capability needs in terms of technical / process skills, domain skills and behavioral / soft skills.

Finally, there is a category of Programs custom-created for delivery by internal Line Managers. Research and our own experience provide clear evidence that Internal managers are ideally positioned to deliver learning. They are able to bring to the training session their own understanding of the organizational context and more importantly, share their own experiences to aid participants. Finally, facilitating learning also aligns very well with one of their key accountabilities, which is to develop their people.

Overview of the Learning Packs:

Our learning packs come in 4 varieties, based on the most relevant mode of delivery / facilitator:

iLearn Series: Self-Learning Modules

These learning packs are “do it yourself” modules. You can download iLearn packs and follow simple navigation instructions to learn / refresh yourself about a range of relevant skills and concepts. These are structured as brief modules (typically 30 mins. – 1 hour) to enable you to catch up on learning despite your packed schedule.

vLearn Series: Mini-modules run by Internal Line Managers

These learning packs have been designed as brief Brown Bag sessions / mini-modules, typically lasting 1 hour, which are meant to be facilitated / conducted by Line Managers (Area Managers and above).

They can be conducted during team meetings or informal team get-togethers. These packs are extremely comprehensive – they include easy to use “scripts” / facilitator notes for the Manager to conduct the session effectively; the packs also contain the required slides, checklists, mini-quizzes, role plays / caselets and Audio-Visuals.

DevStudio Series: Modules run by Skilled Internal HR / Training / Line Managers

The Studio series comprise areas / subjects that require more detailed and involved learning and practice. Therefore, these could range from 3 hours to 1 day in duration. They are designed to be run by internal facilitators (HR / Training Team / Line Managers). To ensure that these internal trainers are comfortable with the material and have the required knowledge and skills, MFI HR will conduct periodic Train the Trainer programs to build internal facilitator capability to run the concerned module. These modules come fully equipped with facilitator guides, slides, accompanying tools and quizzes. These Train the Trainer Workshops will be run as Public Workshops or Custom Workshops for an organization.

DevWorkshop Series: Modules run by MFI HR

In the Workshop series, we focus on subjects that require specialist, external facilitators. MFI HR will regularly post a calendar of training programs it is conducting at various locations and invite nominations to these. Supporting these programs is a network of skilled Facilitators certified by MFI HR to run these programs.
